Lemon Tart

Yesterday in the midst of errand-running (after the Italian store and the Lebanese store, but before the regular grocery store), Amanda and I stopped at a French pastry shop for a little pick-me-up.  In honor of mon père, I got a lemon tart.  (Unfortunately there was no Perrier to be had.)
